Owners are very nice and flexible.

We loved this apartment! 3 massive bedrooms, two with mounted televisions and two ensuite bathrooms and a main bathroom, a gorgeous kitchen, lounge and dining area, great laundry with modern washing machine and dryer as well as a massive courtyard/ outdoor area. The complex had a gorgeous pool and spa area with lots of Sun lounges as well as a small gym. Just a bit far out from Surfers but having a car made that not a problem. Highly recommend.

H Luxury Residences were the highlight of our trip to Surfers Paradise. The property is situated in the Hilton tower and offers a variety a delightful Panaromic view of the beach and surrounding city. The apartment is fit out with everything that one could need from cooking, washing, cleaning etc to enjoy the trip especially if you are travelling with young children. Only downside of the trip was waiting for the lifts during each time we had we had to leave to go to the beaches or the shops. They can be slow especially during busier holiday periods. Despite above the property is highly recommended.

Appartment was nice inside, the hallway was dirty and smelling like smoke at night time , wasn’t good condition and my children couldn’t sleep at night, my son has asthma so when I asked to be moved they couldn’t accommodate us. Vacuum cleaner wasn’t working properly. The view was fantastic and other than what I said above the location was fantastic and we enjoyed our holiday. Next time you have to let families know if this is a smoking floor.

This is an absolute delight, very comfortable, spacious and well thought inclusions. There is a communal kitchen with a pantry for breakfast and meal preparation if needed. There is parking at the rear of the property.
