Not so good.

The place is run down and of very poor quality. Room was dirty and the pillow cases had holes in them.

I booked on travelocity before making it there , it was a horrible location so I went in to cancel my reservation was told by the clerk and Im guessing the manager a lady that was standing beside him at the desk it was cancelled left and a hour goes by and they charge me for the room. I instantly called them and she tells me he doesn't speak good English and she didn't know anything about it! I quickly reminded her she was standing beside him .Then she says she would try to refund it. I haven't got my money nor a phone call to apologize. Complete disgusted , I travel alot and no if you cancel the reservation before you check in then you are not supposed to be charged. I'm not going to give up until they refund the $111.99 dollars they charged me .

First of all green pool pools green second of all doors on the front we’re all peeling off paint the paint. The sheets were never clean come stains and bugs all on the bed and under the sheets crack pipe found in the nightstand .Very dangerous area.LookLike prostitutes were being taken into rooms.I can’t believe hotel.com would even recommend a hotel of this nightmare. Felt like I was going to a hotel in a war zone would really love a full rebate on my credit card if possible

Our employee ending up leaving and not staying the night due to the hotel being in a bad area. The hotel was unsanitary and had roaches

Not the best.

Well wouldn't recommend for a family trip but like the other reviews watch out for the dog at the service desk. They could use a little upkeep as well. We were just roughing it for a one day fishing trip.

Room was ok a.c. worked great even though it had a mildew smell when it kicked on. Bathroom was a little disappointing towels didn't look clean and the tub handle as well as shower wall had mold. So ended up making a trip to Wal Mart

The Room wasn't anything like the pictures.

The Room needs to be upgraded. The staff was rude .I was very hesitant to pay. Overall bad experience.

The pool water was dark grey couldn't see the bottom and that's illigel the room furnishing were rusted mold all over bottom of shower curtain sheets has cig burns in them and the edges black some type of motor kept running have the night was never so glad to get out of that place and high dollar had better motels for 35$ less
