Excellent as usual. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Hotel provided breakfast is as good as any restaurant. Location is just far enough from town to be quiet and relaxing.

The staff was lovely. Especially those doing breakfast were so kind and incredible. We stayed here while vacationing to new orleans. It was perfect to have the long days there and then an enjoyable drive to a peaceful beautiful place for rest.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. While the linens and bathroom were clean. The general condition of the room seemed neglected and showed wear and tear that should be better attended to. It’s obvious that this hotel was once top tear high end, but hasn’t been properly cared for over the years. All that being said, I would stay here again. The staff, breakfast and location would bring me back.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to the MS Gulf Coast! The breakfast buffet is the absolute best! The breakfast staff, especially Angela, and the front desk staff are the best! The hotel rooms are spacious and the view is indescribable! The best hotel ever!

It is older. 1. Roach in bathroom that I had to kill. 2. Toilet tissue was over half way used already. 3. Hand soap bottle over halfway empty. 4. Stains in carpet. 5. I left the do not disturb and went somewhere but when I came back. Someone entered and left a snack!!!! 6. Hand sanitizer stations were empty.

From check-in to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nicely decorated, and.CLEAN. Breakfast was amazing. Huge selection of breakfast options, and pancakes made to order., Breakfast was managed very well, all food items kept full and hot, or cold. The breakfast dining staff was friendly, and did a great job keeping dining area clean. I will definitely stay again.

This property is located basically on the beach with an oak tree lined front to the location. The breakfast is way beyond most hotel breakfast offerings for free! Get the homemade pancakes! The staff was fantastic and happy. When I checked in there were several staff busy cleaning their work areas. Totally impressed with staff, location, room and breakfast.
