Miss advertising
My wife and I were expecting a nice quote weekend to get away and relax . When we arrived there was construction going on we had to park on the opposite side of the building and carry luggage all the way around the building I am 60 with bad back. The construction crew started at 7 am was loud and dust flying everywhere my wife is asmatic. We were not told they were doing construction prior to booking and was charged full price. When we contacted the host they just said sorry for the inconvenience. This was not acceptable we should have been told before booking we would have booked somewhere else if we would have know. . We feel like we shouldn’t have been charged full price for a place with construction going on the whole time we were there.
