"Very well equipped and spacious villa for a multi generation family holiday. Superb outdoor facilities with kitchen, BBQ, pool, shower and toilet. Location is good with local supermarket and facilities in Sa Pobla and lots of restaurants etc in Pollensa. Car is essential."

We contacted Homerti who was managing the property and they refused to help us or reimburse for the week, or even a partial reimbursement We would ask for a refund as we had to stay somewhere else for the week last minute."

"we stayed as 2 couples. However, we barely entered many rooms. If you stayed with 8 of you, which the property can easily accommodate, it is incredibly affordable. The outdoor speakers, terrace table, bbq, swimming pool is all you need as you look out over mountains. Air conditioning is very good also. Really easy to reach the port and the old town. Dawn is very easy to contact and shows you around the property "

Very spacious inside and out, good sized pool, plenty to do including a pool table and table tennis. It’s location is very good to explore the Island and we enjoyed going in to Inca 2-3 times to eat.
