"When we first entered the hotel, we were amazed by the breathtaking ocean view, and we were touched again by the kindness of the staff who helped us with check-in. It was quite hot when we visited, but we were grateful to be offered cold towels and refreshing drinks. I still remember the warm smile of the friendly staff member who handed them to us. The Michelin-starred restaurant was outstanding, and the complimentary breakfast was also exceptional. The view, service, food, and cleanliness of the hotel—everything was perfect. It was truly the best hotel and will remain a happy and wonderful memory for a long time. If I get the chance, I would love to go back again"

"Excellent property. We opted for half board as it was a reasonable price and found the food was pretty good. Choose a room with a sea view if you can, great to sit at night watching sunset and people coming & going on promenade. The area around the hotel is immaculate, they use a leaf blower to clear sand off promenade & jetwash the road & pavements! Although Expedia offer free room upgrade, the hotel seem to be unaware of this, so you may need to push for this, we only got the money back from our upgrade when we returned home & after lots of communications."

"friendly and welcoming staff, the swimming pools were fantastic, so was the evening entertainment. We were half-board and the food was exceptional. Loved the fact that the hotel made efforts to be eco-friendly e.g. you can ask cleaners to clean your room at a reduced frequency. This didn't dampen the quality of the hotel or it's service. Plenty of activities e.g. Aquagym and activities for children as well. I will plan to come back again!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was a walk away from the marina so it was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was good and we had access to the adults only pool which was lovely and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. "
