Great for families

Great stay for families. Kids club could have a bit more inside but fantastic playground. A la carte options at restaurant would be the only main thing to add otherwise fantastic renovation and vacation spot. We will visit again.

This is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The family friendly facilities are also so beautiful and perfect for the kids and adults. Our room was absolutely stunning and was a great surprise to see an xbox! The kids freaked out with happiness. We have an incident with our youngest son experiencing a medical episode and the all the staff were absolutely amazing!!! They went above and beyond to help and we can never thank them enough for helping us through such a difficult time. I cannot recommend this place enough! Don’t look further this is the best hotel on the island!

Check in was rather packed. It’s a new establishment, very popular. We only got our rooms at 4+pm and our 2 rooms in the same booking were in different buildings. But staff was kind to rearrange after we raised concerns but that means getting the other room at 5+pm. Service staff at establishments were stellar, they were v helpful. Unfortunately, dining options here were very limited and no grab services available in this area. Hope to see more dining options in future! Kids club was packed and under staffed in my opinion, 4 staffs to manage the club with more than 20+ kids.

I liked the wi-fi connectivity and availability, it was literally everywhere and the signal was very good and strong as well as the wi-fi speed, 5G, which is quite rare in hotels. I also liked the pool and the amenities for kids, playground area, indoor and outdoor, pool for kids and water play area. The food was quite limited as we could only eat food from the resort restaurant. Also during peak hours, when there are more guests in the hotel, the service quality seems to drop. On Fridays or weekends when the hotel is busier, they don't give option for ala carte, only buffett, which is much more expensive. The room was good and comfortable, although the bed even tho it was king size, it felt a bit small. The pillows were not that great either, too soft for.me. also, the bathroom is open concept which I don't prefer and I didn't like it. The water provided was in glass bottles and in good quantity, and the house keeping was satisfactory. It is a fun place for kids and for family with kids,.just be prepared to source for more food outside of the hotel.

Wir waren 6 Tage im Resort. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und möchte einem jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Probleme gibt es mit der Kanalisation. Wir hatten im Haus eins Probleme mit üblem Geruch aus der Toilette. Darauf wurde umgehend eingegangen und wir wurden im Haus 3 untergebracht. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern, mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und rundherum wunderschön natürlich bepflanzt. Es gibt ein Fitnessstudio mit blickt auf das Meer und einen schönen Wellnessbereich, der sich im vorderen Hotel , gleiche Hotelkette befindet. Der Pool ist Okey. Direkt schwimmen kann Mann nicht. Die Pool Anlage ist zum Meer ausgerichtet, wunderschön. Das Essen Halbpension war sehr gut. Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Am Abend drei Gänge. Absolut lecker und frisch zubereitet. Das Resort wird generell von Gästen 3 bis 7 Tage besucht. Uns wurde nicht langweilig, der Strand wird täglich gereinigt ist weitläufig. Das Meer war einladend und warm. Die Strömung entscheidet ob das Wasser klar oder eher verdreckt ist, leider schwimmt viel Müll im Meer. Viel ist nicht geboten. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Ist hier genau richtig
