The apartments are very bright and equipped with great attention to detail. They have a large living area with furniture and TV and an open kitchen with full equipment. These are stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and crockery and cutlery. Details can be found in the apartment description. The bedrooms offer ample space for your wardrobe. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower and are very comfortable. Alles tip top. Nur die Wegbeschreibung der Agentur setzt voraus, dass man sich in Prora auskennt. Schade auch, dass im Preis kein Zugang zum Pool ist. Ist ja im Hause.Ansonsten nur zu empfehlen.

Hat alles super geklappt, bis auf das Einchecken.
Lage: super Lage, direkt am Strand Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und echt toll. Vom riesigen Balkon aus,hat man einen super Blick auf die Ostsee. Schön ist es auch,dass man eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner in der Wohnung hat.

Schöne moderne und ruhige Wohnung mit allem Komfort. TV mit Netflix hat was. Die Sauberkeit kann verbessert werden: Sand auf dem Balkon, milchige Scheiben und völlig versiffte Klobürste illustrieren das Potential. Mehr Handtücher und Liegen für den Balkon wären wünschenswert. Alles in allem aber ein Ort zum Wiederkommen.

Der Titel der Rezession beschreibt es gut. Es gab nichts großes zu Meckern. tolle Wohnung, mega Lage, nettes Personal Vorort, Preis angemessen. 2 Kleine Kritikpunkte: eine Einweisung in der Wohnung wäre toll, es gab ja eine Sauna und auch andere Dinge die man Zuhause nicht oder anders hat und die Verdunklung der Schlafzimmer könnte besser sein, vorallem wenn man mit Kind anreist. Aber abgesehen davon, alles super.

Die Anlage ist super schön und der Kontakt zum Mieter waren super und unkompliziert ! Wir haben die Tage mit der Familie dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank !!!!

Leider kein Strandwetter
Die Wohnung war toll eingerichtet und der Blick auf die Ostsee nur durch die übliche Baumreihe eingeschränkt. Enttäuschend war, dass der Weg zum Strand um den Block herumführte und somit sehr viel länger war, als erwartet. Die Tore für den direkten Weg waren durch Fahrradschlösser gesichert. Der Müllplatz und der Parkplatz waren etwas weit weg. Durch die Umbenennung der Straßen war die Suche schwierig, weil das Navy keine Hilfe war und man musste die die richtige Einfahrt nehmen, weil ein Durchfahren an allen Wohnblöcken vorbei nicht möglich war. Jeder Block ist einzeln abgesperrt. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft sollte auch geregelt sein und so ablaufen, wie man es schriftlich mitgeteilt bekommt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung an einem Traumstrand
Wir waren Anfang Mai hier. Es ist eine wirklich gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allerlei Annehmlichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Derzeit ist auf der Anlage noch einiges im Bau. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Die Bauarbeiten im Haus sind aber weitestgehend erledigt. Baulärm gab es daher wenig. Wir kommen garantiert wieder. Das mit der Endreinigung aus der anderren Bewertung haben wir geklärt: War nur als Bitte gemeint, damit es in der Hochsaison reibungslos klappt. Anschreiben soll umformuliert werden. Auch hatten wir keine Probleme die Wohnung zu finden, wenn man den Anweisungen folgt. :-) Bei Anreise zu Zweit aber Unterbringung in jedem Fall dran denken, Bescheid zugeben. Sonst wird nur ein Bett bezogen. Das sollte in meinen Augen besser kommuniziert werden, tat aber auch nicht weiter weh und konnte mit dem Verwalter schnell geklärt werden.

.....für das WE in der gebuchten Zeit, zwei Erwachsene, ein erwachsenes Kind, super! Die Sauna, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (Kaffeekapsel der Wahl mitbringen), die Betten, der Balkon, der TV, das WLAN, die MINI Anlage mit Bluetooth...!! Und, wir waren allein, im KDF, 2. Advent 2018. Einen Stern Abzug für die Anreise. Ohne Kompass, Navi, Ortskenntnis, wäre es noch schwieriger gewesen den Briefkasten mit den Infos und den Zugangsdaten zu bekommen. Als alter Geocacher aber kein Problem.....;) LG und sehr gern immer wieder .

Sehr schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Super Sauna 👍🏻
Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind traumhaft und die Sauna ist eine schöne Möglichkeit den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Der Blick auf den Dünenwald und das Meer ist traumhaft. Da die Anlage noch nicht fertig ist und das auch noch sehr lange so sein wird, wirkt alles etwas ungepflegt besonders das Treppenhaus, die Fenster usw. Das Schwimmbad und der Fitnessbereich sind nicht nutzbar, da nicht fertig gestellt, es sind auch keine Bauarbeiten erkennbar. Alles in Allem gut geplant-nicht gut ausgeführt. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments war nicht gut. Wir bekamen die Schlüssel und als wir das Apartment betraten lag dort die Schmutzwäsche der Vormieter und es war nicht gereinigt. Das würde auf unsere Reklamation hin auch erledigt, allerdings nicht sonderlich gut. Am Auszugstag sollen die Betten abgezogen werden und die Wohnung besenrein übergeben werden, das sind bei Reinigungskosten von 107€ die man bezahlt, schon fast Unverschämte Forderungen. Insgesamt sind die Mietpreise überzogen und nicht gerechtfertigt, da auch der Ort Prora nicht vergleichbar ist mit Binz oder Sellin.
