"The property is well located for exploring the South of France, though be aware that a car is essential if staying here. The property is extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious. Our hosts Muriel & Eric met us on arrival and , whilst they live on the first floor (entirely distinct access), the only other time we saw them to speak to was on departure. "Great property. We were two families with teens. The house was spotless, well equipped, comfortable and cozy decor. We loved the pool area and the many terraces for our different meals. The views are stunning and there was space for all to live in their separate quarters and be together also. The gated domain is a five minute drive from the main road but once up there, such peace and quiet ! Thank you Vanessa for helping us organize our stay. We will be back !"

"Beautifully clean and well maintained studio. Plenty of space inside and outside. Mme Pat was very discreet but available with helpful assistance and support. I stayed 7 weeks and it felt like home. Pool was amazing and warm and clean. Area was quiet and tranquil. Bed was super soft. Parking plentiful. Near by town of Biot quaint with lots of restaurants and great atmosphere. 100% recommended "

"The property was nice with very good views, a few things you should know before you visit: 1. You must have a car for this location, it is a 30 min walk up a very steep hill and there are very difficult to get an Uber or taxi 2. The neighbors are unfriendly and have a very large, vicious dog that was scary for us and our kids to walk by, also barks alot in the early morning and at night 3. Checkin process is difficult because the owner was not there and the guard at the gate only speaks...
