The Space:
Inspired Tiny Home by Tiny Away offers a cozy stay just 10 minutes from Mildura, with a south-easterly view of native trees and abundant wildlife. This quiet retreat is close to local attractions like the Mildura Arts Centre, Woodsies Gem Shop, Lock Island, and Perry Sandhills, while providing easy access to the Murray River for water sports and 4WD trails. Enjoy outdoor seating under large trees as you explore nearby markets, hiking trails, and nature reserves at Mallee Cliffs National Park.
A comfortable, 113-square-foot accommodation is set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water with minimal impact to the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny house and fenced yard to roam with veggie garden, chicken coop & bikes available to use. There’s access to play equipment for the kids such as trampoline, swings, and monkey bars. The locked garage is off-limits.

With contrasting environments, from the dense bushland to the lush Murray River, you can explore Indigenous history, paddle along the river, and enjoy the local food scene on Langtree Avenue. Regardless if you're wading through historic sand dunes or sampling Mildura's finest wine, the area's rugged beauty will incite your adventurous spirit.

- Mallee Cliffs National Park has a blend of vast woodlands and sweeping sandplains, providing a sanctuary for a variety of endangered wildlife. The park features walking trails and opportunities to spot kangaroos, emus, and native bird species.
- Lock Island can be foun along the Murray River in Mildura. The island invites visitors to explore its 2.2 km loop trail. Ideal for leisurely walks, it showcases towering river red gums and birdlife.
- Mildura Arts Centre features Rio Vista Historic House with five gallery exhibition spaces, a café bar, and a 500-seat theatre with modern production capabilities. The theatre hosts local productions, comedy, drama, and live community events.

- You can fly to the nearest major airport and then drive to the property.
- Car rental services are available at the airport for easy access to the rural location.

- Smoking is not allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have a Golden Retriever who stays indoors with us most of the time
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out courtesy of other guests
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- We use tank water on the property, so we appreciate your efforts to conserve water during your stay.
- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra, Spark, and Optus; Weak signals for Vodafone and 2degrees
