"Very well appointed flat in a quiet location, but within easy access by bus and train to Seefeld. The owner was extremely kind and helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for walks, longer journeys and restaurants. Positiv: die schöne Aussicht von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer, die Welcome Card mit Berechtigung zu freier Fahrt der Bergbahnen, Bad und Toilette modern eingerichtet. Ein paar Dinge waren nicht so gut - eine Türklinke war defekt (trotz unserer Bitte an Vermieterin würde es nicht gerichtet), die Utensilien der Küche sind minimal vorhanden, Bratpfannen sehr abgenutzt, die Seitenablagen im Kühlschrank sehr lavede, die Duschbrause sehr locker angebracht. This flat works great for a couple or a small family because the floor plan separates the two bedrooms from the kitchen/dining room and bathroom. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine.
