The property is intimate and cozy but also sophisticated. The hospitality team is exceptional - they're warm, welcoming, and fantastic at anticipating your needs. "Very friendly staff with a beautiful property. If you’re looking for a no frills, but pleasant stay, then this is the place for you. Located very close to the Old Pink City, and solid dining options nearby (although a bit pricey)."
"A number of things really annoyed me that I think anyone considering booking at this hotel should know about. I was never able to take a hot shower during my entire 3 night stay. The water temperate ranged from Luke-warm to cold. The water drips down, making it so difficult to shower quickly. The WiFi, which only provides very little bandwidth before “expiring”, thus I found myself constantly at the front desk or calling them to get a new username and password. I would go through 8-10 username...

"The staff went above n beyond to make our stay comfortable. From ensuring our requests were fulfilled immediately to smooth check in n check out, everything was dine without having to wait a second. "The rooms are reasonably newer looking. The air conditioning in the first unit didn't work so they moved me. The furniture is a little worn. The bathroom has no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so water gets everywhere. The rooms have old school keys and if you want the room to be serviced while you're out, you need to leave the key with them. There is quite a bit of noise inside the hotel and it seems like there is a lot of smoking outside which permeates into the room.
The staff is crooked. For example, there is a menu in the room for room service. I was there for a bunch of days and ordered chai (tea) and some food. When the time came to settle up the bill on the last day, they told me that the menus in the room were outdated and the prices were higher. The net result is that the tea was billed at twice the rate of the menu and the food slightly higher than menu price. I didn't have the energy to argue with them but it is a shady business practice and on that alone I wouldn't stay there again or recommend the place. "
