It’s raining and snowing during living. The hotel’s facilities good at having kitchen, laundering and an accessible toilet for disabled people. The rescue teams are fast response to smoking alarm and we felt we are safe. It has some areas to improve such as no refill of toilet papers, no floor and sofa bed cleaning before renting out, blood drops on walls, and no flexible room services except requesting to cleaning ladies.

All good and got a free upgrade. Only minor complaint is that the £200 security deposit is quite high, especially because the room didn't even cost that much. Although it was paid back within a reasonable timeframe.

Great hotel and overall enjoyed my stay. Room was lovely to look at and the overall standard was good. Yet, quality of the sheets and comfort of the bed did not match the standard of the rest of the apartment. They were particularly lacking.

Friendly staff, very clean, modern but warm design aesthetics, and great room amenities. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure and immediate hot water. Really appreciated having an in-room washer and dryer with laundry pods provided. The only negative was we missed the morning room cleaning time for the first two days because of jet lag and the need to sleep in, and had to ask on the third evening about replenishing room essentials and trash despite sending a text and asking the front desk about it earlier that morning. But when they came they were friendly and asked if anything else was needed.
