The staff are excellent. The property is stylish and intimate. Excellent breakfast and the bar area outstanding. The lift wasn't working but the staff helped so much

I was just expecting more I think. The room felt very tired and dated, although the room was large, it was dark and not very welcoming. All the fixtures and fittings were tired around the edges, and quite dusty. The bathroom was large and the shower huge and to be fair was all very clean. Toiletries etc lovely touch. Bed very comfortable and I slept well. I just think as I say, the room I was in was tired and nothing special. I only stayed for one night and if I had been staying any longer I think I would have been quite disappointed.
