Comfortable accommodations. We were able to stay with our pet. The suite has extra room and seating. Area has a ton of restaurants and shopping. Quiet area near hotel. Easy access to interstate. We would stay here again.

Higher price than I'd of liked, but 4 people and our small dogs made it worth it. The room was nice. The indoor pool, biggest reason for booking here, was very cold. upsetting but we swam some anyway. Breakfast not good, maybe the waffles we didn't try them. Yes, there was construction on main floor rooms and the elevator went out, but overall a fair place to stay unlike all the negative reviews I seen AFTER I booked this place.

Courteous Attentive staff, decent location and some upgrades such as USB charging ports. Decent hot breakfast options as well. The mattress was old and creaky and not really comfortable. The toilet tank never fully filled which was noisy all night long and the shower drain was partially plugged which made for an unpleasant shower experience. The room was spacious and clean including the bed and bathroom. 3.5 stars out of 5 mostly because of the attentive staff.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty, outdated, clogged toilet, no stopper for tub, very flimsy blanket, and bed uncomfortable.

Breakfast is awful. There is a limited amount of low-quality food. There is zero protein, except eggs, every single day of the week. The keys don’t work; they need to be reset all the time. The rooms had a terrible smell. I will never choose it again and will not recommend it.
