Not quite what I expected, but ok
It’s not quite what it is advertised. I wouldn’t say it’s luxury, I wouldn’t say it’s 100% clean, I wouldn’t say the pool and facilities are great. I also didn’t realise it’s not in a safe part of town. I was told by most locals to never walk by myself at night or early morning. I don’t think it was worth what I paid. I wish I’d stayed at a hotel instead.

We loved our visit to Birmingham! We were pleasantly surprised with the abundance of local eateries within walking distance from this property. The property itself was very nice. The layout is wonderful since you can close off the bedroom from the living room/kitchen. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and dinnerware for 2-4 individuals. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have some spices on hand, but with so many eateries around, I doubt many folks cook. The couch and TV was a comfy way to unwind at the end of the day. The parking garage was a nice benefit and convenient. The setup for entry to the building felt safe and we never felt unsafe walking around this area. We took a few trips put that were about 15-25 minutes away max. Moss Rock Perserve is highly recommended is you like a mild outdoor hike to explore a unique rock/waterfall area. The botanical gardens and the shopping/eatery area nearby is a great place to explore as well. Overall the property was a lovely stay. We will definitely be back as our visit was a nice, relaxing time. Ryan was also very communicative and gave very easy instructions and tips for checkin and checkout.
