Noise Complaints: Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between the quiet hours of 9 PM and 8 AM. A $150 fee will be charged if a noise complaint is received.

Security Cameras: Any tampering with the outdoor cameras will result in a $150 fee per camera/violation and immediate eviction without a refund
