The Space:
As you walk from the driveway to the front of the house you will have 4 steps to reach the main entrance.
The Main Entrance: Has a lockbox to the right of the front door. Punch in the 4 digit code to open the lockbox. Retrieve key and use to gain access to the property.
In house to the Left:
The living room has 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 1 Sofa, coffee table. 2 end tables, 2 lamps and 50 inch Roku Smart TV.
In house to the Right:
You have Bedroom#1 (Master Bedroom) which has 1 King bed, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, closet, also there is a fireplace that is for decorative purposes only and is not functioning .
Master Bedroom Straight Ahead to the Right:
Will take you to Bathroom #1
Which is a full bathroom with a shower and tub.
Master Bedroom Straight Ahead will take you Bedroom #2:
which has 2 Full beds, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, and a 3 drawer dresser.
From Bedroom#2 Straight Ahead will take you to Bedroom #3:
Which has Queen Bed, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, and a 3 drawer dresser.
From Bedroom#3 to your Right lead to Bathroom#2:
Which is a small size full bathroom with a shower only.
From Bedroom#3 to your Left:
Will take you to the washer and dryer in the rear of the house.
From Bedroom#3 Straight Ahead:
Will take you to the rear door of the house which will take you to the backyard that is fenced and has bbq for quest convenience.
Something to note, there is a train that runs close to the house. For most of our guests, and for us, this has never been a problem, but if you are someone who is sensitive to train noise, you might consider ear plugs, a sound machine, or booking elsewhere :)
Guest Access:
You will have access to the full house! The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code 24 hours upon check-in.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the Tarrant area of Birmingham, close to the airport, and all there is to do in Birmingham.
Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so we recommend self-driving, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to provide our guests with privacy, so we offer self-check in and provide contact-free access to the home. Just know that we are always in the area and a quick phone call away if you should ever need anything!
