The fitness center was disappointing, with only two aerobic exercise machines, including one very squeaky bike. There wasn’t a tea or coffee pot in the room, which required “borrowing” one and carrying it from the front desk. "I thought it would be like a Hampton Inn but H4 is much better. Very comfortable. A little street noise but with windows closed, absolutely silent. Got great sleep. Underground parking- fee. A little narrow (as everywhere in Germany) but we had no problems with our somewhat large station wagon. Some spaces have mechanical racks to park 2 cars-- operated by the hotel, not customer! "The best thing about the hotel is the price, but you get what you pay for. The rooms are very small, there were no amenities in the room (mini-fridge, coffee nor tea, water, facial tissues, one pillow each, small work space). Parking is around the corner and not particularly easy to get to. There wasn't a place to park for check-in, which was two stories up from the entry door. Staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. "

"Hotel is used for a lot of conferences, and bus tours, so is big, and has lots of rooms. Having said that, the facilities are all fine and well maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel was ecellent too. Only minor issue is that its a bit of a walk to the town centre (15-20 mins), but there isn't a lot to see or do there anyway, so no big deal. Parking is easy and straightforward"
