"Hotel was under the new management and construction was still going on. When it is done it will be a top 5 start hotel to go to in Bitez next to the beach. "Stair lift didn't work. In poor repair generally and shabby in many areas. Night cold and only 1 sheet.no extra bedding anywhere. Bad design. Two steps to bathroom .ceilings rusty. Pool not filled 2/6 . View of roof from our floor, in bad repair. Very poor in all aspects and poor breakfast. On positive side two staff most welcoming . Very outdated in all areas and even garden areas poor. Would never recommend it "

"Advertised as a Bed and Breakfast, we arrived to discover that the host wasn't serving breakfast in Low Season. He then argued further and told us that we were getting a good deal, although my husband showed him other hotels for less that included breakfast. The parking area was littered with garbage the bathroom had black mold in the shower and behind the sink and toilet walls. None of the blinds were operational. There was only enough hot water for 1/2 a shower. The WIFI wouldn't connect and...
