Our neighborhood is called Colorado Sierra and sits at about 8500 ft above sea level. We are considered a Surburban Mountain Neighborhood, and most land parcels in our 'hood are all 1-2 acre plots. The roads in our neighborhood are dirt, and the County does a nice job of maintaining them year-round. We require a 4WD/AWD vehicle from November-May in the Colorado Mountains. In the winter during snowstorms, sometimes driveway plowing can take a little time as we are on a local route with a service provider who clears the driveway. Please be prepared and thank you for your patience in the event of a snowstorm. Rest assured, the driveway will be cleared in a reasonable amount of time..
