"We only stayed one day as unfortunately for the owner the hot water system broken down and had to be replaced. This was a slight inconvenience, but we enjoyed our Forster stay regardless of this happening. What was impressive was the speed in which the owner addressed our issues and within an hour of reporting the problem he had a service man attend the apartment and had us back with hot water until the whole hot water system was replaced the next day. "This apartment is very well presented. Clean, comfortable and well located. It's just a quick walk to shops, the Rock Pool baths and the iconic bridge across to Forster. We would definitely return here. The aparment is situated on the top floor (3rd) and the building doesn't have a lift. There are 48 steps to negotiate with luggage & supplies, so this may not suit everyone."
