"Location is close to most of Batumi’s icon. Hotel is surrounded by international restaurants. The property is clean and staff were nice. The room was clean, bed was okay. Breakfast was well served and the daily soup was amazing. Thanks also to Saba from the front desk for being so nice and attentive! Thanks for a shot of wine! "

"The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended "

"The apartment was clean, linens appeared professionally laundered and very clean. Everything in the apartment was in working order. It wasn't the "Ritz Carlton", don't get me wrong. , It is a nice clean functional studioapartment good for long or short stay. In my humble opinion, it is a good budget option. The managers were responsive and available to answer any questions that I had."

"Good stay overall, however it is a new hotel and some improvements could be achieved : no room service or spa menu in the room, hotel does not seem to like kids going to the swimming pool since we had to insist to see if they could go. If kids are not allowed this should be clearly stated at the time of the booking. Arcade room only opens at 11:00 , this is too late for kids. Small parking. Modern room and cleaning service was very efficient. You should request a room on the opposite side of the...
