"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. "A lovely property, very clean, and everything you might need was available (such as crockery/cutlery/fridge/cooker). The owners were busy but fully available for any queries you may have - both charming people. Blackpool centre/Tower etc are very close, a few minutes walk, but the area around the property was quiet and i felt safe entering or leaving the property. The trams on the promenade are also a few minutes walk away. "

"The property was nice, in an older building with flats, this is on the ground floor. It was really clean, although it had a bit of a smoker's smell to it. I don't think it was because someone smoked in it, but maybe in an adjoining flat, like downstairs perhaps? It was really close to Pleasure Beach and other attractions - you'll walk there in about 5 mins. Also, within easy walk of the train station. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Very clean apartment with full kitchen and laundry. Area parking was challenging. Lots to do locally with a great location. The shower temperature could not be adjusted and was extremely hot. The patio was excellent and the hot tub was really nice. Everything was as described, it was well equipped and the host was responsive."

"Travelled for a birthday in Blackpool with my children and grandchildren. Ideal place to use as opposed to booking 4 hotel rooms. Very well equipped and ideally situated just a few minutes from the seafront and tram stops. Quiet area too. Some of the fittings are starting to show their age, but only to be expected at the end of the season. Would definately use again."

"The communications were great and access to the flat was easy with the instructions given. We were fortunate to be able to squeeze onto the last space on the pavement to park. Right on the promenade so not quiet at night but was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
