"Our stay was very enjoyable and situated in a great place to see the Christmas illuminations. All staff were really friendly and polite and everything was very well organised. The food and dining area was perfect and the entertainment in the evenings was fantastic. Very convenient parking. Overall fantastic stay but if I had to find one very small and petty negative it would be the bathroom needed a blind , however 10 out of 10 and we will be returning. "

"Great property and would stay again. Tram runs from just across the road and is easy to use and not expensive for a day pass. Staff very friendly and willing to assist where needed. Rooms comfortable and a decent size."

"We asked for a double room but the room we were allocated was a tad on the small side for 2 ppl also the shower was small, I went down to the reception and asked them if we could change rooms, the guy on the reception was very helpful and gave us a much better room. The room was clean as was the bed, the bed was a bit too firm for us (but you can't please everyone), the windows could have done with a bit of a clean but it didn't ruin the holiday it's not like I'm going to sit in the room all day looking out of the window. Parking was £3 per night which I thought was reasonable. When we go back to Blackpool I will definitely book here again."

"Very friendly and helpful on reception. Lovely bathroom, nice size tv. All clean. The bed was uncomfortable for us, we're not used to springs! Other than that, it was a very good stay"
