No heating in the room and the tv didn't work. We asked at reception 7 times over 24 hours for either extra bedding or a heater, plus to fix the t.v. Staff finally turned up at 11.50PM to fix the problems ! That's 30 hours after first reporting the problems

🍀 The Travelling Leprechauns Review: The Norbreck Castle Hotel, Blackpool 🍀 Blackpool’s Most Infamous Hotel – But Hey, It’s Only £35 a Night! Ah, sure, when we heard you could stay in a castle for just £35 a night, we thought we’d stumbled upon a pot o’ gold! But alas, the only thing shining in this place is the flickering hallway light that hasn’t been changed since the ‘90s. Welcome to the Norbreck Castle Hotel—where the carpets tell stories, the walls whisper regrets, and the breakfast tests your bravery! First Impressions – Fit for a King… of the 1980s From the outside, she stands tall and proud, but step inside, and you’ll wonder if you’ve entered a time machine . The Rooms – A Leprechaun’s Worst Nightmare For £35 a night, we weren’t expecting the Ritz, but we also weren’t expecting a bed that felt like a plank of wood covered in regret. The pillows? Thinner than a leprechaun’s patience after a bad pint. Head over to our Utube channel & subscribe it’s FREE & find out why !!! “ The Travelling Leprechauns “

Photos published of this property are NOT what you get! The shower was leaking, so having a shower was awkward. The room itself was dirty, stains on the radiator and in the bathroom. I had to wipe the room down myself before i could use it, it was a good job i took my own sheets and pillowcase

I was looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to bed down after seeing the illuminations. Yes the decor is a bit tired and dated but you get what you pay for. I've paid a lot more and got worse before! The room was clean, bed was comfy. Could have done with a couple of extra pillows but it's not a dealbreaker. Hotel didn't seem to get the note about having a wheelchair user, but there were only 3 steps to the room so we made that work. It was quiet over night, people were keen and were roaming corridors at 7am, which is earlier than I planned to rise on a rare day off work, but that's to be expected. Didn’t try any food, so I can't comment on that. Car park is sizeable, but apparently very popular so it was hard to find a space. No accesible spaces were available, but at that point we were just glad to get parked anywhere. In summary, it was better than I expected, but be reasonable about your expectations, the Ritz, it ain't.

There are nice rooms and entertainment in the hotel. Wi-Fi and car parking are not free. Parking is £3 a day, and Wi-Fi is £7 for 24 hours. Let's say you are staying for 4 nights. When you add up the room price, plus Wi-Fi and car parking, it works out the same or more than a hotel that gives you free Wi-Fi and free car parking. however, the main disadvantage of this hotel is sooo many people staying in it. no peace and checking in was a nightmare with crowds on the day I arrived, but not sure if every day is like this.

We asked for a double room but the room we were allocated was a tad on the small side for 2 ppl also the shower was small, I went down to the reception and asked them if we could change rooms, the guy on the reception was very helpful and gave us a much better room. The room was clean as was the bed, the bed was a bit too firm for us (but you can't please everyone), the windows could have done with a bit of a clean but it didn't ruin the holiday it's not like I'm going to sit in the room all day looking out of the window. Parking was £3 per night which I thought was reasonable. When we go back to Blackpool I will definitely book here again.
