I stayed in the single “comfort” room. It was spotlessly clean with a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. It was on the top floor (with a skylight) so you need to be able to climb quite a few stairs.

The property is located close to sea and promenade. There is also a busy street close by with bars shops etc. The room itself was small but practical for an overnight stay. The shower room appeared to be new and recently decorated. However the wash basin was to small and difficult to have a shave in. There was no mirror either in the shower room.

Nice b&b

Just spent 3 nights here and enjoyed it. Check in nice and easy, and a cooked breakfast included for a great price. If I come back to Blackpool I’ll definitely consider staying again

Lovely little find. Good breakfast, comfy bed, plenty of tea and coffee and John and Luke were fantastic hosts with nothing too much trouble. Thank you for a very welcoming stay!

It will be nice when the building work is done

I decided to leave early and stay in Liverpool for a night . I emailed to say I would arrive 4 pm on my first night and had to ask Expedia for help to get into the building after a 35 minute wait. Lots of building work going on but one redeeming thing was the low price for the room each night

Great location

Great location. Close to the train and tram station. Few minutes walk to the seaside or town. Very nice and friendly staff. During the check-in guys offered me a different room with higher standard. Spacious and comfortable room, decorated with a style. Tiny but comfortable bathroom.

Amazing value, just what we wanted

Luke and John welcomed us and our cat. Clean, comfortable beds, hot showers and room plenty big enough for our 2 kids too. Good full English breakfast included, and great value for money. Will be back next year.
