"We enjoyed our stay from when we arrived till we left. Staff was great always greeted with a smile and ready to assist. Room was perfect, only 2 issues I had was, 1 - the toilet seat was too low, it was if it were meant for kiddies. 2 - mattress was way to hard, tossed and turned all night, every night. Other than that no complaints. Would stay again with out a doubt."

"The home was perfect for our family reunion! The bedrooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. There were lots of spaces for our family to gather in large or small groups. Lots of outdoor sitting areas and a yard for the children to run around in. The house is very close to Blacksburg, but we felt like we were in the country. The setting is quiet and peaceful. Access to the Huckleberry trail was just at the end of the driveway - a real plus for walking and jogging. Susan quickly handled a couple...

"We had to move two Hokies, one out and one in to a BB townhouse. Having stayed at the Little Blue Cottage in the winter 2021 to take our Hokie skiing at Winterplace, we knew this house would be ideal for a multi day stay and a place to park our trailer and once done moving, tube the New River at the New River Junction campground next store. We had so much fun and the cottage is ideal. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. The scenery is lovely and we enjoyed watching the egrets over morning...
