I was worried to book this hotel because of the reviews, but I did anyway because this one had a hot tub as well as an indoor pool. First of all, there is no restaurant nor room service as advertised. Checkout is 11am, not 12pm as advertised. The hotel smelled and felt clean, the breakfast was nothing special. The usual few pastries, waffle maker, powdered eggs and gravy biscuits. The hotel was nicer and cleaner than the reviews indicated. The only thing that I would say negative is that the hot tub and pool were kinda ick..The hot tub had a grey color to the water and even though someone said it was over-chlorinated in their review, I thought it was severely under-chlorinated. To bring the review full circle, the two things that I chose this hotel for were the two things that I found unworthy of $200 a night in the middle of nowhere. If you're going for a quiet and comfortable room, this is a great choice. If you want to entertain your kids while there, go elsewhere.

The hotel has seen better days. The building and rooms appeared run down, the sheets and towels had older stains.
Hot tub was outdated and not all that hot. Pool was overchlorinated not all that pleasant to be in. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Would not recommend planning on a good hot meal when waking up. The toilet needed to be cleaned as it had a slight ring of mold in the bowl. Overall a very mediocre experience and would not recommend to others, even if they are a few dollars cheaper.
The breakfast was decent. The bed pillows were just throw pillows with pillow cases. They were very small. If anything, I’d suggest the hotel invest in some real pillows.
Also, some staff were inspecting the halls at 5 am on a Sunday and were kind of loud. Would’ve been nicer if I had not been woken up so early
Nothing worked properly (our door didn't lock, the a/c didn't work, hair dryer didn't work) and the facilities were really run down. The breakfast was of very poor quality.
The immediate issue was that this place was booked under the name Best Western, but the address sent to me to a Quality Inn and I thought we were lost. We weren’t, they just need to update their information! The first night we were there, the air conditioner broke and by the next day it was making an awful and loud sound so we had to change rooms. Additionally in the first room, the bedding and the (white) washcloths were stained and simply looked dirty. The next day I was going to take my children swimming, but the indoor pool was disgusting and I refused to let them get into it. I was terribly disappointed in this hotel.
The check-in process was great, friendly staff person and provided all the information I needed for the stay. After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty. The HVAC unit sounded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The paint looked like it was covering up other issues. Things were broken in the bathroom and room. The free breakfast was just that. I definitely felt that they were trying to promote themselves as a high-end Quality Inn, but instead, it appeared that they had opened before the building was ready. Not that many people there so I am not sure why they didn't just fixed rooms one at a time and put guest in the finished room.
Our room smelled like smoke so badly that we checked out by 3 AM. The pillows, sheets, blankets and towels all smelled horrible too. We got zero sleep. When we first checked in, the receptionist told there were no other rooms available, but another couple checking in were offered their choice of 2 rooms. The receptionist that checked us out that night told us that there had been other rooms available.
This is a decent hotel that we have stayed at a few times. Better than I expected from a budget chain, though it recently changed owners. Let’s see if it keeps up the standard.
It's a nice hotel. For the price. I will stay there again. one thing I did not appreciate was not be allowed to check in even 30 minutes early. I was exhausted they had rooms ready and they still wouldn't let me check in. But I will stay there again

For the age of the property is it overpriced. Rooms need updating.
The nightstand was dirty from someone else’s drinks. Obviously hadn’t been wiped ... for quite some time as the clock there was dusty. Look down and the carpet obviously hasn’t been vacuumed. Pieces of ramen noodles on the counter by the bathroom sink, so that hasn’t been wiped either. Toilet rim has black stuff in it. Tub is gray and pink where it should be white. Shower curtain has brown stains in multiple places. Mold on the wall near the sink and toilet. ... I understand it’s not a luxury hotel, but they’re not even doing the basics to clean up in between guests. I can assume all they do is change the sheets and towels for the next people ?? At least I hope they did that much ... staff upon checkin was unprepared / unprofessional. At least 3 housekeeping staff were on break/eating/chatting with the front desk clerk who had poor personal hygiene/appearance and no uniform or work clothes (was wearing greasy hair in a messy bun and a black hoodie). She shouted down the hall to a manager to ask what rooms were ready. He seemed to act like this was all normal.... they’re under renovation but none of what I’m complaining of has anything to do with that. I will sooner stay in another town completely than at this hotel again GROSS

You do get what you pay for. Great staff though, especially at breakfast.
My room (and for others as well) wasn’t ready when I arrived so I had to wait in the lobby. The room had 3 pillows on one bed and 4 on the other. The bed scarf (don’t know what else to call that colorful band of material at the foot of the bed) was dirty on one of the beds. There was a dented hole in the wall next to one of the beds, several large scrapes on the walls and the bathroom looked unclean due to the worn deteriorated state of the floor tiles and stained looking tub.

Good enough
A little long in the tooth, but good enough for a one night transit at a reasonable price.
Breakfast was terrible except for the coffee which was pretty good. Very very small selection, standard gravel scrambled (powdered?) eggs and turkey sausage.
It was just a lame attempt at a breakfast every item as cheap as possible
Check in was at 3pm. I didn't actually check in until 7pm that night. The room was not cleaned from the previous guests. They said they would upgrade me to 2 queen beds and they were 2 full size beds. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. It was a place just rest your head for a quick stay. I would not recommend this facility. There were other guests at the desk with the same issues.
