Walls were thin so we could hear people in neighboring room talk late into the night/morning. Pillows were hard & big so I just bundled up my clothes and used them as a pillow instead. Staff were extremely friendly.

We were placed in a smoking room that was absolutely disgusting. The smell was horrible. Even the clean towels smelled like a dirty ashtray. We had to wash even our luggage, the dog's bed, etc etc to get the smell out. Horrible

there was dogs barking all night long we told the night manger they did nothing we told the moring manger when we checked out they said sorry we had planned to stay but after a night of no sleep we went to another motel we spent money to stay and got no sleep

This is my go to stay when I visit my son. Two f the staff know me well enough to know what rooms to let whenever I stay. I don’t spend much time in the room. The familiarity and routine make this an ideal place when I visit. No special accommodations needed.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Wasn’t sure at first if bites came from this stay but after staying a second time, got bites to the arm, face and legs again. Should be checked for bed bugs.

Appreciated full control of the thermostat and great water pressure in the shower. Didn’t miss pay channels because shark time. Not much for breakfast, but I took my son out for all meals. It’s my go to lodging when I visit Radford
