"Property manager was a proactive communicator who provided all the check in details and information 3-4 days ahead of arrival as well as additional tips & info the day of check in & the night before check out. Being up in Maine near the lake brings such a great vibes. The neighborhood was very family friendly, but would also a good place to rejuvenate with friends. You can’t beat the 2 min walk to the beach! The house was very clean & the essentials were up to standard. Beyond that it a good old fashion Maine camp so it’s reasonable to expect a stray spider in the summertime. My family absolutely loved spending time here & told me they’d like to go back… so major win in my book. "
"Maple Cove Lodge is just perfection. We stayed for 4 nights with two other families with kids. The water access was exactly what you need-- boat docking, jumping in off the dock or wading in off of the sandy beach.The multiple levels of outdoor dining areas was great.Having the 2nd house also allowed for one of the families who sleeps in to have their own area.The neighbors were so kind and gave us all sorts of recommendations.The rooms were great--although make sure to pack sheets and towels!We are booking again for next year!"
"Pleasure staying here. Our hosts were very attentive and wonderful to work with. Their home was easy to access and clean upon arrival. Provided plenty of beds and space to enjoy our stay. Had fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, toaster oven and Keurig for morning coffees. Easy access to the sports center and short walk to beach. We've been coming to Sebago for over 20 years and this was by far the most pleasant stay we've had. Thank you Tom and Marie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful vacation home. "

"The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. Duck and loons are in the area and are fun to watch. The whole house AC is a special treat on hot, humid nights. The owner provides 2 kayaks, and a canoe as well as a dock to moor your boat. The house was spotless and the kitchen has everything you would need. There is a glassed in porch for dining as well as an outdoor table and a firepit by the lake. You have complete privacy. In short, your own piece of paradise. "

"Our family had a great time at this two house property! The boys (old and young) had a blast on the water with all the fun water toys paddle boards, kayaks and especially the floating dock with slide and tube!! I had a couple of questions for the property manager and she got back to me promptly and efficiently to make sure all our needs were met. It was a pleasure spending time at this beautiful property!!"
