ACHIEVE lakefront cabin on a 200 acre private gated farm at a 5 acre lake. Tennis court, hiking, fishing, animals & amazing views.

We provide Pedal Boats, Kayaks, Fire Wood and more. Indulge yourself in a serene getaway only 1 hour from NYC. Property is located next to Blair Academy, a National Park, Delaware Gap, Golf Course and more.

We are 25 minutes from Camelback Ski Resort & 25 minutes from Shawnee Ski Mountain. This is not part of a community, this is a privately owned estate.
The space
Beautiful farmhouse / cottage / chalet / lake front cabin consist of about 200 private acres. This is not a community so you will have complete privacy. You will be staying in the ACHIEVE lake front cabin so please follow the signage on the property. The property has a front gate and you will need a personalized code to enter. You will receive this code upon arrival.

You get access to the Kayaks, Pedal Boats, Fire Pit, Fire Place, Jacuzzi and much more.

There is also a newly refinished tennis court so we provide tennis rackets and balls.

The property is close to Blair Academy, several national parks, a golf course, horseback riding so if your here to visit then this would be the perfect place to stay.
Guest access
The property is completely open with no fencing other then the front gate.

Please enjoy the tennis court, lake and hiking trails but be understanding of our neighbors property lines which are marked by either a stone wall or POSTED / PRIVATE PROPERTY signage.
Other things to note
The reservation must have the correct amount of people and number of pets. If you decide to invite guests during your stay please let us know as we charge a fee per extra guest staying and visiting. We have a security camera at the gate/entrance.


Check in 4:00 pm / Check out 11:00 am
Please give us an approximate time of arrival. Depending on availability we are able to accommodate rsvp before 4:00 pm and check outs after 11:00 am for an extra fee of $50.


Our beautiful estate is the perfect place for small family get togethers and events (small weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc. Maximum total capacity: 20 people divided between 3 chalets/cottages (Dream 6 person chalet + Believe 6 person chalet + Achieve 8 person chalet, all located around our private lake).


IMPORTANT: Our estate is perfect for family reunions, relaxing weekends with friends, fishing, nature, hiking, photographers, cinematographers, movies, ski weekends. It is not suitable for groups of "party animals", parties, inappropriate events, etc... The number of people indicated in the rental agreement has to match the RSVP (strict monitoring on site) and we ask tenants to respect the calm of the neighbourhood after 10 p.m., under penalty of penalties.

We monitor the number of guests and pets on all of RSVP so please be honest with your RSVP - the number people and pets coming to visit.



OUR HOME

This will be your home during your stay so please help us keep it in good condition for the next guest. Please treat our property and animals with respect. If we see that the property was not left to our standards (very messy) we will have to charge an extra cleaning fee

Please keep it tidy as you maintain your home by helping our cleaning staff in the order and leaving the garbage inside the bins at the main entrance.



FIREPLACE & FIREPIT

We supply firewood and matches for your stay, please bring your own fire starters

Toiletries are included (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash), Robes, Toilet Paper, Hair dryer, Bath towels, Hand towels, Coffee maker Nespresso regular pods, Toaster, Sheets, Extra Blankets, Al-Clad pans / Pots, Silverware, Wine glasses, Glasses, Plates, Utensils, Oil, Salt & pepper, Nutri-bullet mixer, Egg Maker, Cleaning products, Vacuum, Paper towels, Umbrella etc - If you need anything in specific please ask us!



TRAVELING WITH BABY
We have a REAL Crib and new mattress for your little one. I am able to organize more cribs if needed. We are kid friendly so if you need anything please let us know and we can arrange upon availability


TENNIS

The estate has a tennis court which can be used safely and free of charge. We can provide tennis rackets and balls (brand: Wilson). The tennis court has been completely remodelled so please keep it tidy for the next guest


LAUNDRY

Washer and Dryer in every home, detergent & softener included


HOUSEKEEPING

If you need housekeeping services during your stay please let us know



NO SMOKING

We do not allow any smoking inside the houses. A $500 fine will be deducted from your security deposit


GARBAGE

Please do not leave any garbage bags outside of the cottage as we have all kinds of animals. There are garbage bins outside at the main entrance of the property where you can drop your garbage


HORSES

Please feel free to pet our horses. Do not feed or ride them.


WILD LIFE

We are in the middle of a forest so please know that there are wild animals such as deer, snakes, turtles, bears, mice, etc. They are more scared of you :).
