"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Driveway was very steep and narrow, so as we had a Cruiser I had to get out further down the drive, and my husband had to be careful to park. Once we were in the house it was very comfortable with great views. We could see the carpark of Sovereign Hill from the deck in front of the property, it was that close! Lovely to sit there in the afternoon with a glass of wine. Thank you for providing such a nice house."

"This was wonderfully suitable for our family of 16 (3 generations) to gather. Enough room to be together (in the living/dining area or outside) and plenty of space for smaller groups or individuals to have some quiet time. I was impressed that there was plenty of crockery and the BBQ and picnic boxes were great. We loved the personal touches - sheet music, books, paintings etc, and the seasonal decorations. I can't recommend highly enough!"

"Good little house if staying for short term. Great central location. Bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen well equiped. Plenty of dining space and large comfortable couch in lounge.Front has quite high steps and parking is beside the old cobble stone gutters found throughout Ballarat, so something to consider if travelling with disabled or elderly. Bathroom shower isn’t very strong at all and whilst ok for our two night stay, would have driven me nuts along with hand basin in the bathroom, which really...
