"This property is beautiful and secluded. Our biggest issue was not being able to enter the main house until our friends were up since the house access is through their bedroom. Neither bedroom AC works for 95+ Texas heat. We did get a cool front during our stay and then discovered the hot tub did not work. We downloaded the manual and troubleshooted to no avail and contacted the property manager at 7 p.m. with no response until the next morning (with a link to the manual) when we were checking...

"Just as advertised. The house was nicely decorated and the bedrooms were large with big king beds. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and well appointed. The back yard has a hot tub and nice deck. We sat out back in the evening and the neighborhood was quiet. We would go back every time we visit. "
