"A great place to stay which was easily within walking distance to Europa Park, nearby supermarkets and excellent public transport. A microwave would’ve been nice but not essential as we managed nicely with the electric hobs. The beds were very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. "I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"We had a fantastic week in Martin and Petra’s lovely cottage. Lots of great walking (if hilly!) and cycling opportunities. We visited Freiburg, Titisee, Donaueschingen and a few wineries. Enjoyed the visits from the chickens and cats and watching the swallows swoop past. Very restful and highly recommended."
