"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe. "

Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. "The junior suite was spacious and adequate size for 3 adults. Great bathroom facilities and comfy beds. Check in and out was very easy. There’s a kitchen downstairs you can get cups etc from and staff available in the office for extra towels or queries. The breakfast in Brød was really good value too. Safe location next to a range of restaurants. "

A pleasant surprise

"A very pleasant surprise, a much better stay than expected. Room was large and spacious, and clean. Good amenities and a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms could be upgraded to include a walk in shower, that would be my only gripe. Hotel located in a good area, with lots of food nearby. Métro is a 10min walk away, gets you to the main places. Tram was close by but we didn’t have time to use them. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great ambience, making for a very comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, which was much appreciated. One of the highlights was the bar staff, who were friendly, attentive, and created a welcoming atmosphere. The overall service throughout the hotel was excellent. The only minor issue was with housekeeping – while the room was clean, I did have to request that the floor be swept more carefully due to some blonde hair left behind. However, this was quickly addressed, and I have no other complaints. Overall, an excellent stay, and I would definitely return!"
