"We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though "

"Arranged beautifully. Soooo very clean everywhere!!! Balcony was a great. Saw sunrise and view of the beauty of the golf course. In the afternoon, the balcony was lovely and cool. Quality furniture in and out of the room. The room was spacious with a fridge, functional freezer and small sink and counter. Quality display on the TV.Remote user friendly. Felt like home!! The grounds were beautiful and comfortable. The pool area was wonderful! And there was a game on the property which looked very interesting."

"The property was well maintained and attractive, but the entrance to the hotel could have been more evidence. Signage would help. Can't beat the location right across the road from the ocean!"

"I stayed at Pleasant View Inn for a business meeting and was beyond impressed. The room was spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. I came with my assistant and we brought our kids along—what a perfect decision! The gorgeous private beach, relaxing pool, and all-in-one property made it so easy to mix work and relaxation. Worth every penny! This will definitely be our yearly spot for our business conference. "

"Exceptional service from all staff and just an all-around beautiful property with thoughtful special touches like water and chocolates offered in the evening. We have been staying at the sister property for over a decade and decided to try Hotel Maria this year instead. What an exceptional experience and that comes at no surprise. The Bellone family creates a unique stay with their clean rooms, delightful staff, etc. We especially loved the partial ocean view, the Nespresso machine in the room, the Sunset Club rooftop bar and of course the delicious restaurant. The complimentary snack pantry was a fabulous amenity, also. Thank you for a wonderful place to create another special summer family vacation memory! "
