"A cozy little trailer with twice as much space as it looks like in the picture. I was on a several day visit to the Chaco Canyon ruins, and this was the perfect little stay-away. Host is very friendly and helpful, goes out of his way to look to his guests comforts, trailer is well supplied and comfortable. Great."

"This home is wonderfully staged. The beds were very comfortable. The bedding and towels are of high quality. There are televisions in all the bedrooms and the living room. There is plenty of room in the home, and it is very accommodating. It was very close to where my Husband and I had to be in attendance for our Grand Lodge Sessions. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the people around seemed very nice."

"Great location. There were a few issues with the shower not draining properly the first night, but it cleared up. There wasn’t a hair dryer even though it was listed. Jamie said that someone took it a couple of days before. A hot tub was listed, but we didn’t see it. The house was clean, the location was great. All in all a good place to rent for fishing trips to the San Juan river. The bedrooms are all upstairs, so not good for folks with medical issues."

"The house and property were great! The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The house was large and clean. The yard was large and we were impressed by the front and back patio areas. We took our griddle after reading a few reviews but we were able to use the grill on property without issue. I also believe there was a smoker! "We had so much fun at this cool Farmington house. Great for families. The backyard was wonderful and was good for our family dinner. Nice touches throughout the house and enjoyed the upstairs room/space. We will stay here again next time in Farmington. "Our group (5 adults) recently over-nighted at Casa de Monteagle on our way to Chaco Culture National Park. It was comfortable, quiet, and with ample space to relax. The property was very clean and stocked with amenities to make our stay very comfortable. One small issue was the heavily scented cleaning fluids used throughout the home. This might appeal to some or be an irritant for others. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for the reasons outlined!"
