This memorable Cozy house is the perfect home base for your trip to Bloomington.Wether your traveling for work or pleasure we have a good office work space for traveling workers as well for longer weekly or monthly stays!it’s also close to the Tranquility bike trail several restaurants and shopping mall and grocery stores within 8 minutes!this place has a country suburb feel but close enough to IU for games and events like only 10 minutes from everything!also only 18 minutes from Lake Monroe awesomeplace to get on a boat and swim or fish and ski!With 3 pleasant bedrooms, all featuring a comfortable queen bed, this property offers a peaceful retreat for guests. And it has a 58” smart TV in the living room and tv in the upstairs room!and a full spacious kitchen with all amenities to cook and enjoy food. Also a separate suite with mini living room,bedroom and a kitchenette!All 3 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a shower and the Master bedroom has a shower,hair dryer, and a jacuzzi, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. Additionally, there is an additional space in the form of a cozy living room with a double twin bed.and we have a screened in patio and an outside fire pit! very private all gated in and a grill and some outside games! Also don’t forget we have great WIFI as well.Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place!

We had a wonderful time here. The property was close to campus and we had plenty of space for our large group.

Bloomington Family Reunion
We were pleased to find a place large enough to accommodate eight people. We felt the place was okay - overpriced though for what it lacked and needs improvements. First the good: Bathrooms were nicely updated Water pressure was great Modern kitchen Good WiFi Clean Communication was great (only one negative - when we got there the temp was set low and we were cold - had to text him to remotely change it, but it was late and did not get adequate heat until morning.) The Poor... I came with food to prepare for my immediate family and the family reunion. I was shocked to find there were no baking dishes of any kind, no measuring cups or spoons, as well as, no mixing bowls or storage bowls. Only pots, pans, plates, cups, and mugs for use. With eight people it was really awkward with only seating for four around the TV. The dining room table was built in. There were no bar stools, and no folding chairs. While the set-up looked nice, it was very impractical. The back yard really needs attention. The bed in the apartment was VERY noisy. Any movement made it squeak - loudly. The front door auto entry was not working - had to use a key. No beds had mattress pads. Overall, we were fine. While we made the best of the situation, the lack of supplies in the kitchen really created a problem, but we survived. We had such a great time with family (and that was our priority) we can overlook much. Ryan was a gracious host.

The property manager was great, very responsive. The property was clean, it the neighborhood was a little run down. Also the backyard pictures were very outdated as the outdoor space was not good.

Lots of bedrooms
We had 6 people and a dog and this place had a lot of bedrooms and seperate rooms for us all to sleep. It’s so close to Lake Monroe, which is awesome, and the college campus. Interior of house is clean and cute!
