It is very easy to reach the hotel from Route 69. It sits near shopping and restaurants. We were attending a sporting event at IU on Saturday and it was very easy to get from the Hotel to Assembly Hall. Our room was 116. The room as very clean and large. Bathroom was nice with just a walk in shower. Plenty of towels. However, you could hear every footstep from the room above. Also the pipes made noise even if we were not using our bathroom. And the light from the microwave digital display was right a eye level of the bed. (2 wash clothes dulled that light). The Breakfast was plentiful and good choices. The attendants keep all counters & tables clean. Desk clerks were very professional and helpful. We declined housekeeping for our room but I did notice that the leaves and some other items were there from our check-in on Friday to our checkout on Sunday. Maybe there is a rotating schedule for vacuuming hallways. The pool and gym facilities looked nice.

Facility was clean. Beds were comfortable. I would say their breakfast was typical but the sausage had a strange texture to it and the hash browns were not good. Could offer a second fruit only had apples.

We have stayed at this LaQuinta about 5-6 times in the last 7 months for various events at IU. We have found it to be clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable (and I’m hard to please with beds). The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is we don’t care for the pillows, so we bring our own. This is the nicest LaQuinta we have stayed in ever!

It was a great place for a quick one night stay. Bed was comfortable, water was hot, room was clean, breakfast had variety, never heard any noise. The front desk clerk was not the friendliest but he did his job by handing me my key, never had any interactions with him so it was fine. I would stay there again.

Property was clean except for the couch in our room which had stains. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient— both hot and cold options. I thought the soda and candy bar I purchased from the convenience shop were expensive but that was the only negative.

Breakfast was terrible... watered down juice and few options on a Monday morning. Upon arrival, a steaming pile of dog dookie was on the floor at the front desk. The clerk addressed it immediately but.... really?!? Dog dookie?... At the room the air handlers on the roof kept us up all night. Management needs to get involved here. Extremely disappointing experience.
