"The accommodation was lovely—modern, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with all the comforts of home. The views were beautiful, and the location was excellent—very close to the village with easy access.
However, there was a serious safety issue with accessing the front door. The stairs were snow-covered, and the rope and chain railing was not secure, making it extremely dangerous—especially when carrying luggage and skis.
Additionally, I found the third-party management company, Alpine Holiday Rentals, very difficult and rude to deal with, which negatively impacted the overall experience."

"Good accommodation for a large group. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. No baby gates on steps and no proper fire guard for children which I should have asked about before we came. Luckily we had plenty of people to watch the 18 month old. Host had great communication."
