We had a minor hiccup on the first night when the bathroom door got locked from the inside & couldn't be opened. Lisa took care of it the next morning. Room service was completed at request. "From tree tops climbing to ice skating, movie theatre to the gorgeous gardens, everything a family wants is at the property. In the middle of the blue mountains we had a fun and relaxing stay. It is a little outdated compared to a city hotel but this resort is perfect for a rural town. We throughly enjoyed our stay. "
