"Everything about this condo was perfect. The location, view, cleanliness, nice furnishings, tv size, room sizes, the master shower, keurig coffee machine, etc! We were there for a few days before going on to Beech Mountain to join the rest of our family for Christmas and it was a nice getaway. It was really cold while we were there but we bundled up and ventured out, shopping and dining. We had a nice meal at Southern Charm and also at Chester Brunnenmeyer's Bar and Grill. "We come to blue ridge every year for our anniversary weekend and decided to stay here at the Perch this year. It was perfect! Located in town so so could walk to everything but had enough privacy for just the two of us. Everything was very clean and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This is an amazing place for two couples, with two huge king bedroom suites. The huge porch was amazing for sitting out on cool nights and listening to music from the courtyard restaurant below. "Very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. In the write up it stated it was a bit closer to city center. But the location was still fairly decent. WiFi didn't work, but we were there to get away, so it wasn't all that bad. There were quite a few wasps in the home. Not sure where they were coming from. One stung our dog. We really enjoyed it."
