"We enjoyed our stay at the Highlander Mountain Home -spending our 25th anniversary there. We hope to return soon. Sarah was delightful and attentive. She provided answers to all of our questions. We had enjoyable conversations with the restaurant manager (and learned of her family’s long history in the community) as well as the staff members - Maggie, Abbie and Graham. "Room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Smaller room but very nice. Dinner and bourbon bar was very good with nice selection. Comes with free breakfast which is home made eggs bacon and biscuits and gravy and a few sides. Way better than the same usual hotel breakfast. Staff was amazing with the personal keys to the castle feel "
