"Hi. My son and I came into town for a family wedding nearby. We loved the cabin. It is secluded in a very nice neighborhood with wonderful views of the sunset over the Smoky Mountains. It was just the right size for us and we loved the hot tub and proximity to both our wedding and the smokies. The owners were very responsive to our needs at all times. Would happily come back. "

"Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space! The house was just as listed and had all amenities! We only brought clothes and grabbed a few groceries once we got there. It’s such a peaceful place thats not far from Beech Mountain restaurants and grocery. We had lots of snow when we arrived, which made our trip even more fun! Thank you for the stay! We will keep this place in mind for our next trip to Banner Elk! "

"The house was exactly as described and perfect for our long weekend getaway. There was lots of areas for hiking nearby and perfectly located for a day in Mt Airy. Comfy beds, nice big towels, great shower water pressure, well stocked kitchen, lovely views, easy parking at the house, We’d definitely stay here again. "

"Our great niece’s wedding was in Black Mountain and I chose this place because our family could spread out comfortably and we could cook our own breakfast each morning. The extra special surprise was the view of a full moon rising from behind the mountains each night and shining down on the lake."

"The place was just as described and easy to find. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it felt very private. Exceptionally clean and set up perfect for a place to hang out and sleep when we weren’t touring the area. Will definitely re-book the next time we’re headed to Asheville."

"Had a great time at Kelly’s house! It was clean and well appointed. Our family had a wonderful stay. She was easy to get ahold of and very easy to work with. She was very helpful! Would definitely go back and stay again!"

"Excellent property. This is not close to Anakeesta as advertised, had to regroup entire stay as we thought we were close and would be out walking mote instead of driving everywhere. Took 1.5 days to address issue with dryer"

"Fireflies and Moonshine Cabin - Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic stay at Fireflies and Moonshine in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed, from pots and pans to a coffee maker and other kitchen essentials. The fireplace was definitely the highlight of our stay, creating a cozy atmosphere, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree set up—it added a special holiday touch! "Great property amenities and location."

"A beautiful home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. There was debris that took up 2 of the 4 parking spots, but that was expected with the damage from Helena. We were still able to park 4 vehicles, it was just a little tight. There is a large table in the dining area, so the table in the kitchen made up for there not being a lot of counter space. Highly recommend this home. "

"We loved our weekend at the Berne Chalet. Beautiful surroundings, fresh ground coffee, and bakery perks. What more do you need? Maybe a huge TV screen, jigsaw puzzles, vintage vinyl records, and comfy beds? And a bear sighting! Yes please!"

"I love every second that we stayed here. Everything checks our ideal vacation. Quiet, secluded w/ a beautiful view. Our older dog is non aggressive reactive so every year I try to find us a secluded place where he could enjoy too. This is definitely the top of the most beautiful place we’ve ever stay.
