"Very close to everything! Private parking in a garage. Pool area was nice as well. The free breakfast was pretty standard, but good. "

"Our first night we stayed in a poolside room at the request of our 3 and 8 year old boys. We stayed on the 2nd floor and you can hear the noise from the pool in the rooms, which was not a problem for us. We did upgrade our room to a balcony room on the 3rd floor when the boys had a change of heart and wanted to try to see bear from the balcony. We had a street view but the mountains in the background were so pretty. Our boys loved the pool and it was pretty warm compared to any other indoor pools. During our stay, there was a lady serving hot chocolate in the lobby and we had to stop daily! The lobby was also beautifully decorated. We had no complaints with our stay. The property is in walking distance of downtown but the trolley stop right in front of the hotel was very nice!"

"Went during the holidays and the hotel and city were beautifully decorated. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Amazing Mountain views. Friendly staff and the parking was easy to find a spot and get in and out. Now for the drawbacks, the hotels is up on top of a mountain so you cannot walk down to the main city center easily, the trolley stops early in the winter so if you plan to stay out past 5pm you will need to get your car and deal with parking in Gatlinburg. The breakfast buffet was an additional charge, we had it once during our stay and it was just okay, not really worth the price. We still had a lovely time and would stay again. "
