"My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay at the Garden House B&B. Chris was very communicative for our check in and gave us a lot of the history of the house as well as tips for the area. That was particularly helpful as we'd never been to Hannibal. The house was very clean, the semi private bathroom was in great condition, the bed was so comfy and we were even given bathrobes! We had breakfast 2 days and Chris is a wonderful cook. We hardly used the car as most of downtown Hannibal is just a few blocks away. They are very up front that the house is home to a couple cats, one of which was our little shadow for the weekend. They are very sweet and caused us no issues, but it's something to be aware of. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay!"
Historic brick 2-bedroom house in downtown Hannibal with off street parking WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"This house is incredible! The art is beautiful and so much of the furniture is amazing as well. Great kitchen, well stocked. I really appreciated the ice spheres for my whiskey. Very easy access to downtown and other attractions. We enjoyed walking the block and seeing the other houses being renovated. Really wonderful stay. My only complaint is there wasn't enough info about the house. It's an 1830s house and I'd love to know more about it and the renovations/history. But that's just me being a nerd. "
The Indigo House- Located in the heart of Historic Hannibal, Missouri
10/10 Excellent
"My husband, myself, our son, daughter, son-in-law and 11 month old grandson stayed one night in Hannibal. The location was good, home was clean with nice size bedrooms. One bedroom and bathroom were on the main level. There are several steps to the second level which was fine or us, but if you have difficulty with steps be aware. The water pressure was not very strong when taking a shower, but worked for us."
Cozy 1895 Victorian, 5 minute walk to historic downtown and Mississippi River
10/10 Excellent
"My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and nice. By sheer luck we were able to get a bathroom to ourselves which was a bonus. Chris was a welcoming and responsive host. Breakfasts were on time and delicious. The house overall had a very pleasant vibe. And we were obsessed with the cats who were very well mannered themselves and didn’t smell at all. We like to take a break from using a car if possible on vacations so downtown and most attractions being within a few blocks walking distance was perfect. Will definitely visit again if in the area!"
