"The only helpful thing i can add is about the bathtub. In room 425, with the handles in the bathtub, i am assuming it is a handicap unit. Before i even used the shampoo/cond/body wash, i slipped on the slick surface and came very close to falling. If it werent for the handles, I would have fallen. I am almost 60 and a fall could have been very bad. So bathub strips in the tub, would be a great improvement."

The late night receptionists are top tier and the housekeeping & kitchen staff will go above and beyond for patrons. The only complaint I have is about the lack of microwaves in the rooms.
