I booked here for both the start and end of my Vietnam trip and was pretty disappointed. Staff were generally polite had to repeatedly ask for an iron, and my request for a refund for my room in a week’s time was declined (there had been a mistake with the booking and two rooms booked instead of one). They also booked us a tour through the hotel which was not as advertised - and very expensive compared to other tours. Wouldn’t recommend going through the hotel for these activities. The pool was also very limited in space - only three deck chairs and the pool bar didn’t open until after 4pm or couldn’t get water etc while you were up there.

아직이용중이지만. 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 키가 문제가 있었지만 직원이 빠르게 처리해줬어요! 다음에도 여기 제방문 할꺼 같아요! 좋아요!

일반 아파트를 에어비엔비 마냥 숙소로 사용하는거라 수영장 로비 짐 다 있어요. 직원분이 내려와서 체크인 도와주시는데 편하고 숙소도 쾌적해요. 밑에 패밀리마트 편의점 있고 스벅도 있어서 좋았어요.

가성비좋은 아파트 청소를 매일 해주지 않지만 타올은 충분히 주며 무료음료도 있어 조아요

It’s an AirBnB condo and not the typical hotel check in process. The host was responsive in communicating, but did not answer all my questions. The room did not match the pictures in the booking. I booked a panoramic view 1BR and got a 2BR basic room. I spent $100 a night expecting a beautiful city skyline view but was disappointed. I rented the same room at landmark 4 for $60/night. I asked why the room didn’t match and the host stated the rooms are random and I was upgraded to a 2BR without notice. The spare bedroom had water dripping from the AC vent, but fortunately the room was not used by us. I don’t recommend this place. It’s false advertisement.
