Comes with its own washer and dryer . Own stove , fridge , microwave , in room AC.

The 2150 sq ft entire home offers 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8 very comfortable .
2 per King and queen beds . Can sleep another 1 or 2 on each sofa bed , house offer 3 sofa beds.
We also offer a hotel quality roll away bed at request .
So can sleep 12 if your party fits such accommodations.

House was changed over to Gas, Huge benefits. Unlimited hot water via tank-less gas heater. Chef 36" Gas cooking range with hood. Very private huge oasis backyard, with 2- hammocks, gazebo & Bocce ball court 32' by 10' There are 3 custom sky lights that work by remote (2). Watch the stars and moon from the comfort of your bed! This House is Built to Entertain!
Master suite bathroom has a large waterfall Jacuzzi Tub, huge glassless shower with 3 large shower heads.
