"Solid stay for a group interested in a home base for a beach vacation in So. Fla. The inside is set up nicely and the bedrooms and bathrooms are well done. The outside just lacks privacy with the neighbors looking for any reason to complain. If you plan on sitting in the hot tub at night or sitting by the fire, expect to have a neighbor threatening to get you kicked out by the city."
